The PIZZAIOLO wood-fired pizza oven was designed and developed to meet customer demands, especially for commercial clients looking for a larger wood-fired oven capable of cooking multiple pizzas at once. The PIZZAIOLO is a wood-fired pizza oven made in Italy from 100% stainless steel.
The oven’s base is carved from a single sheet of pure volcanic lava stone from ancient Mount Etna flows. This wood-fired oven has a cooking surface of 60 cm x 80 cm, giving you an idea of the space it can use to cook up to 4 pizzas at once. Despite its substantial size and heavy weight of 110 KG, the PIZZAIOLO is easy to maneuver. This makes the oven ideal for professionals, festival organizers, outdoor catering, and event companies.
Stainless Steel The double-insulated stainless steel dome provides quick heating while being extremely fuel-efficient. The insulation ensures that the oven stays hotter for longer with slow cooling. This feature is particularly valuable when using the PIZZAIOLO wood-fired oven to cook food at low temperatures for extended periods.
Due to its significantly larger internal cavity, the PIZZAIOLO takes a little longer to heat than our smaller ovens, but with just a small amount of wood, the oven can reach 300°C in approximately 30 minutes.
In contrast to ovens made of clay and various refractory materials, our 100% stainless steel construction is NOT subject to cracking, which invariably affects the performance of other ovens. Stainless steel is the perfect choice for outdoor cooking!
The PIZZAIOLO Base The PIZZAIOLO’s base is made of natural volcanic lava rock, sourced directly from ancient Mount Etna lava flows. The volcanic stone is absolutely pure with no trace of lead; it heats up quickly as expected but cools slowly for incredible energy efficiency. The stone bottom of the oven heats laterally across the entire surface, ensuring that food is cooked evenly, essential for pizzas and bread that come into direct contact with the stone.
Volcanic rock is a natural resource with no risk of food contamination compared to artificial materials. If you’ve never cooked on volcanic lava rock, whether it’s meat, fish, vegetables, or pizzas, you’ll be amazed by the results!
